As an EMEA Senior Capital Manager based in London, you will immerse yourself in the heart of capital strategy for a global financial services group.
- Lead the development and execution of capital management strategies across European entities by providing insightful analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
- Oversee capital planning processes including stress testing, regulatory engagement, and governance activities to ensure compliance with prudential regulations.
- Deliver clear recommendations that optimise balance sheet outcomes and enhance capital efficiency for long-term value creation.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders by translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Guide a small team in implementing strategic initiatives, regulatory programmes, and continuous improvement opportunities within the capital management framework.
- Work collaboratively with Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, and business teams to drive outcomes through shared objectives and mutual support.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting capital adequacy assessment processes and proactively adapt strategies to maintain compliance.
- Champion best practices in stakeholder management by fostering open communication channels across diverse teams.
- Support the Division Director in reporting on capital management performance and progress against key objectives.
