Management Accountant

Job Title: Management Accountant Salary: £45,000 Location: Stafford Robert Walters are currently supporting a leading business based in Stafford in their recruitment of a qualified Management Accountant on a permanent basis. The role requires 5 days on-site and is paying £45k.

Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:

• Prepare monthly management accounts with accuracy, ensuring all financial data is presented clearly for internal review.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to gather relevant information.
• Support the month-end close process by reconciling accounts and investigating variances to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
• Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement in a manner that supports decision-making.
• Work together with other finance professionals to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations at all times.
• Contribute to the preparation of statutory accounts, liaising with auditors as required to facilitate smooth year-end procedures.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
