Management Accountant

Management Accountant Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 plus company specific benefits Location: Milton Keynes - hybrid working

Robert Walters are partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business in Milton Keynes to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful organisation during an important period of growth and transformation. The business operates within a specialist technology-led sector and is investing heavily in its finance function, creating an opportunity for an ambitious Management Accountant to make a real impact.

Reporting into the finance leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate management reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and providing valuable insight to stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and providing insightful analysis.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Producing financial reports to support business performance.
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Supporting audit requirements and maintaining strong financial controls.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive performance.

About you:

• Previous experience working as a Management Accountant.
• Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Strong technical management accounting skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience working with finance systems.
• A proactive approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
