Key responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

• Build, update and maintain multiple operational and financial models to support planning and decision‑making.
• Review model outputs and perform variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning cycles across the wider organisation.
• Prepare structured reporting and meaningful commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to longer‑term cashflow analysis, scenario modelling and strategic reviews.
• Respond to complex financial queries, identifying risks, opportunities and anomalies within data sets.
• Support continuous improvement of financial tools, templates and processes.

Key essentials of the Financial Analyst:

• Strong financial modelling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
