Great opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join a leading Media business. Working as part of a high performing finance team, this role will manage all financial reporting requirements and lead a finance team of varied levels.

Great opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join a leading Media business. Working as part of a high performing finance team, this role will manage all financial reporting requirements and lead a finance team of varied levels.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing period-end accounting and timely group reporting across various entities
• Leading month end process including managing General Ledger
• Owning statutory audit process and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Building relationships with wider finance team and central functions
• Managing and coaching high performing finance team
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal candidate:

• Accountant, practice trained in audit
• Technically strong including IFRS, US Gaap, SOX
• Experience of Group consolidations
• Experience working in a large complex organisation
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced IT skills
