Finance Business Partner

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced organisation. This is a commercially focused role where you'll work closely with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight, influence strategic decision-making and support complex business initiatives. Offering broad exposure, genuine stakeholder engagement and the chance to add real value, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems & challenging the status quo.

What you'll do

• Deliver weekly forecasts and meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders, and partnering with operational teams to provide commercial finance support supporting fast-paced decision making.
• Build financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and data transparency through automation and continuous improvement.
• Support year-end reporting within demanding reporting deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance
• This is a 100% site based role.

What you'll bring

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with approx. 2-3 years' post-qualified experience.
• Previous experience within Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling skills with a forward-looking commercial mindset.
• Confidence partnering senior stakeholders and translating financial information into meaningful commercial insight.
• A naturally curious and analytical approach with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong Excel skills, with exposure to ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Experience gained within a manufacturing or another product-led environment is desirable.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where adaptability is essential.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders.
