Commercial Finance Manager/ Analyst

Robert Walters are engaged on a search for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager/ Analyst to support a client through a critical period until End of December 2026 based in South Bucks.

The client is heading into a busy budget period so the key priorities would include:

• - Producing the annual budgeting for specific business areas.
• - Producing robust and accurate financial models to support budget submissions, scenario planning and decision-making.
• - Delivering weekly trading reports and commercial performance updates.
• - Producing weekly & monthly management reporting, including detailed variance analysis and commentary.
• - Preparing Board reporting packs, including analysis, KPIs, opportunities and strategic insights.
• - Supporting senior leadership with timely financial analysis during budget reviews and planning cycles.
• Whilst these are the initial priorities for the contract, there will be other areas of finance that you may be able to get involved with.
• This is working for a growing retail business so retail experience would be a great advantage. Previous experience managing budgets and reporting is a must!
• This role offers hybrid work with 3 days onsite and whilst this is an initial contract, there may be an opportunity for longer term opportunities.
