Credit Controller | Hybrid | Wilmslow | 37.5 Hours Two opportunities available! We’re looking for experienced Credit Controllers to join a friendly and supportive finance team. There are 2 roles available — one 9-month contract and one 12-month contract, with potential for both positions to become permanent.

What you’ll be doing

• Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email and letter
• Setting up and reinstating Direct Debits
• Resolving customer queries
• Cash allocation and account management
• Sending copy invoices and supporting with general finance administration
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

What we’re looking for

• Previous Credit Control experience is essential
• Good understanding of transactional finance
• Confident using Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
