Billing Analyst

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day billing function, ensuring invoices and credit notes are processed accurately and issued within agreed timescales. The role involves managing billing queries, reconciling financial data, and working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to maintain efficient billing processes and support effective cash collection.

Working as part of a busy finance team, the position provides exposure to a broad range of order-to-cash activities, including invoice generation, account reconciliations, audit support, and process improvement. The successful candidate will liaise with both internal stakeholders and customers, helping to resolve queries promptly while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service.

To be considered, candidates should have previous experience in a finance, billing, or office-based administrative role. They should be comfortable working with financial data, have strong attention to detail, and be confident using Microsoft Excel and standard office applications. Experience using an ERP system would be beneficial but is not essential. Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important for success in the role.
