Junior Billing Analyst

My client is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Junior Billing Analyst to join their finance team at a rapidly growing tech business based in Warrington. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stages of their finance career who is keen to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day billing process, ensuring invoices are produced accurately and on time, and assisting with the resolution of billing queries. The role involves working closely with teams across the business, helping with reconciliations and reporting, and providing general finance and office support as required. It is a varied position that offers strong exposure to core finance processes.

The business operates a hybrid working model, with the option to work from home up to two days per week and the remaining days based in the Warrington office. This offers a good balance between flexibility and the opportunity to learn alongside experienced colleagues.

To be considered, candidates will need some previous experience in an administrative, office-based or finance role. They should be comfortable working with numbers, have strong attention to detail, and be confident using Excel and standard office systems.
