Job Title: PTP Specialist (Purchase to pay)

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 pa

Location: Manchester city centre

The role includes:

• Processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transactions accurately and efficiently in line with established procedures.
• Supporting purchase order administration, invoice processing, and payment preparation activities.
• Performing invoice validation, coding, and approval checks as required.
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and processing issues.
• Assisting with payment preparation and validation activities.
• Gaining exposure to various PTP processes and systems to meet operational demands.

• Proactive finance graduates/early finance professionals
• Someone who is ambitious and motivated to progress
• A strong attention to detail with an eagerness to problem solve
• You're comfortable adapting to new processes, systems and requirements
• A genuine interest in finance and accounting
