Key duties include:

• Run regular financial reports and payment runs for multiple business units, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

• Ensure ledgers are appropriately managed by resolving returned payments and debit balances in a timely manner.
• Process complex invoices with attention to detail, adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular statement reconciliations for key vendors to ensure all accounts are up-to-date and discrepancies are addressed swiftly.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing accurate documentation and supporting information as required.
• Maintain master data within SAP systems, ensuring information is current and reliable for all stakeholders.
