Understanding the requirement
The Robert Walters team took a thorough brief from the CTO, ensuring they understood the full breadth of each role and the requirements of the ideal candidates.

Their tech stack includes Python, TypeScript and Azure, but they were open to candidates with diverse backgrounds, as long as they showed curiosity and some experience in the AI/ML space.

Finding the right cultural fit
