Solution

After placing a Commercial Analyst in the UK—strengthening the core finance function—we were engaged to support a critical international hire: a Finance Manager for a newly acquired business in Mexico. Leveraging our specialist finance teams and global office network, we connected UK stakeholders with in-market experts in Mexico, enabling a targeted search for commercially astute, locally experienced finance leaders.
