About the Role:

Focusing on strategic execution and operational excellence, this role is responsible for refining and operationalising product success strategies, ensuring that tactical initiatives align with overarching business goals. The Product success Specialist will lead efforts in enhancing consultant engagement and adoption of digital tools, while fostering a collaborative environment within the product success team.

Who you are:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Product success Specialist to refine and adapt product success strategies, ensuring they meet both business objectives and consultant needs. Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans for the Product success Specialist and other team members.
  • Oversee the implementation of success metrics and targets, regularly analysing performance data to assess the effectiveness of product success initiatives. Identify trends and areas for improvement to optimise consultant experiences.
  • Lead the collection and analysis of consultant feedback, working to translate insights into actionable product and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance consultant satisfaction and adoption.
  • Support to develop and implement strategies to boost adoption and engagement with digital tools, addressing challenges proactively to prevent impacts on productivity. Support the Senior Product success Specialist in delivering targeted support and training.
  • Act as a key point of contact for consultants, advocating for their needs and ensuring their experience is seamless and intuitive. Provide strategic guidance and best practices to enhance the consultant journey.
  • Supporting the Senior Product success Specialist, ensuring alignment in tasks and priorities. Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving high performance and meeting success metrics.


Knowledge & Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital recruitment products and their integration into consultant workflows. Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition to consultants.
  • Support to develop strategic plans and translate them into operational practices. Proficiency in creating frameworks and processes that ensure the achievement of success metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective information dissemination, feedback collection, and consultant advocacy.
  • Proficient analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and troubleshoot adoption challenges—Utilise insights to drive ongoing product and process enhancements.
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ability to prioritise and executing tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Comfortable with technology and adept at learning new tools and systems. Capability to provide technical support and training to ensure consultants maximise the value of digital products.
