Application Support Analyst

Due to a large-scale digital transformation, they are keen to appoint a Application Support Analyst paying a salary range up to £45,000 with a hybrid working model from the Warwick offices.

Application Support Analyst: Duties

• Manage and resolve client facing support tickets
• Triage issues, investigate and understand root cause analysis
• Improve service performance
• Implement root causes analysis and fixes
• Effective documentation
• Support users during incidents and fixes
• User access management
• Work with software development team

Application Support Analyst: Technical Experience

• SQL
• JIRA Service Management
• Ambition to perhaps move into Software Engineering

The permanent role for a Application Support Analyst will pay a salary range up to £45,000 with a hybrid working model from the Warwick offices. This is an opportunity to join an industry leader that has grown year on year.
