Software Implementation - Project Manager
Looking urgently for a contract Project Manager, MUST have Adobe, AEP, Campaign & Commerce experienc You will lead large‑scale digital marketing and transformation programmes for enterprise customers, working directly with customers and system integration partners. You will manage delivery of marketing and commerce technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle delivery, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure
- Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management, ensuring consistent delivery against agreed objectives
- Manage effort estimation, forecasting, time tracking, invoicing, and project commercials
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with Professional Services quality standards and governance requirements
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and delivery partners
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior and executive stakeholders
- Support customer success by providing best‑practice guidance and strategic advice on digital marketing and commerce solutions
- Build strong working relationships to drive customer satisfaction and long‑term value

You will operate at multiple seniority levels within customer organisations, assessing requirements, risks, and solutions, while providing thought leadership and trusted advisory support throughout each customer’s digital transformation journey.
Solution Leadership
- Lead scoping and discovery activities to:
- Gather and analyse business and technical requirements
- Identify key business drivers and success metrics
- Define innovative, measurable, and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a joined‑up, end‑to‑end customer experience
Team & Resource Management
- Plan and manage project resourcing, including virtual and geographically distributed teams
- Lead cross‑functional teams using Agile delivery methods (e.g. Scrum)
- Actively contribute to PMO practice development, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 6+ years’ project management experience delivering digital implementation projects
- Strong background in digital marketing, automation, campaign management, or content management platforms
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise‑scale projects or multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent risk management, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills
- Confident delivering presentations and reporting to senior and executive stakeholders
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Ability to work effectively with virtual teams across geographies and time zones
- Full fluency in English
Desirable
- Experience implementing leading digital marketing and commerce platforms
- Background in business consulting or professional services
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
- Additional European language skills
