M365 Trainer

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in a long-term change programme, designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that support the successful adoption of M365 tools and modern ways of working.

Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll identify training needs, develop learning materials, and deliver both face-to-face and virtual training sessions. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping users gain confidence in tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Microsoft 365 training programmes to users at all levels.
• Create engaging learning materials, user guides, videos, and digital resources.
• Support the adoption of M365 tools and new digital ways of working.
• Deliver classroom-based, virtual, and one-to-one training sessions.
• Work closely with programme teams and stakeholders to identify learning requirements.
• Develop tailored learning pathways for different user groups.
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning content.
• Provide hands-on support during rollout and adoption activities.
• Act as an M365 subject matter expert and advocate for digital best practice.

About You

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training.
• Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and the wider M365 suite.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, change, or technology adoption programmes.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience creating training documentation, guides and digital learning content.
• A proactive, resilient, and customer-focused approach.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications would be advantageous.
