Infor M3 ERP Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 ERP Administrator to take technical and functional ownership of our Infor M3 environment. This role will be primary point of contact for business users across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and IT teams.

This role perfectly balances technical system administration with business process optimization and active stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

• ERP Administration & Security: Administer and maintain the Infor M3 ecosystem. Manage user accounts, profile permissions, security roles, and access controls.
• System Governance & Configuration: Configure system settings, workflows, and business rules. Support software upgrades, patch management, testing, and compliance documentation.
• Integrations & Tech Support: Troubleshoot and support integrations between Infor M3 and external business systems (API management, Infor OS, and EDI transactions).
• Business Process Alignment: Act as the primary bridge to translate business requirements from Finance, Procurement, Sales Order Processing, and Manufacturing teams into technical solutions.
• Reporting & Data Governance: Support master data control, data migration/validation projects, and build reporting solutions using tools like Excel or Power BI.

Essential Criteria

• Proven Infor M3 Administration Experience: Comprehensive technical knowledge of Infor M3 ERP modules and workflows.
• Infor OS Mastery: Practical experience working with Infor OS architecture and security tools.
• Integrations: Direct experience handling M3 APIs and core system data interfaces.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical departments and liaise with third-party software partners.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data verification and reporting.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience working within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Distribution sectors.
• Background using SQL queries, Power BI, or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
• Experience navigating Infor Data Lake structures.
