About the Role
My Manchester based client is seeking an experienced contract Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade business applications. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will focus on delivering secure, scalable Canvas Apps, automating complex workflows, and managing robust ALM deployment pipelines.

Core Responsibilities

• Design & Deploy: Build scalable, secure Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• ALM Management: Handle deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production environments using managed solutions, connection references, and environment variables.
• Data Integration: Develop relational data models and maintain integrations across SQL Server/Azure SQL, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Reporting: Support and develop Power BI dashboarding and reporting solutions.

What You Must Bring (Essential Experience)

• Strong enterprise-level development experience across the core Microsoft Power Platform suite.
• Hands-on expertise building Canvas Apps and Power Automate cloud flows.
• Practical, deep knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines and environment management.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, Power FX, and SQL Server / Azure SQL.
• Valid PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) certification or equivalent experience.

Highly Desirable (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Power Platform CLI.
• Azure Data Factory, Git source control, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Entra ID group-based security.
