D365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect

Robert Walters are shortlisting for a highly experienced and innovative contract D365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect to join a leading energy client Interviews ASAP Rate: competitive IR35 - Inside (via Umbrella) Remote with occasional travel to UK based offices. Applicants will undergo a DBS security check prior to starting so must be UK & have valid RTW

The D365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect contractor will possess deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Field Service & Power Platform, with a strong focus on designing and architecting comprehensive solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.

• Customise and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) to meet business requirements
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and custom entities within Dynamics 365
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 Field Services

Duties:

Solution Design, Architecture:

• Lead the design and architecture of MS Dynamics Field Service solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and strategic goals.
• Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, including system integration's, data flows, and customisation's.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.

Implementation and Configuration:

• Oversee the implementation and configuration of MS Dynamics Field Service modules, including work orders, scheduling, resource management, and inventory management.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimised for performance
• Customised and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) to meet business requirements.

Advanced Power Platform Utilisation:

• Integrate MS Dynamics Field Service with other enterprise systems and applications using the Power Platform and other integration tools.
• Architect and implement advanced Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports to enhance the functionality of MS Dynamics Field Service.
• Develop custom connectors and leverage AI Builder to extend the capabilities of Power Platform.
