Full Stack Developer (browser based document creation)

Looking for a contract Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience building browser-based document creation, report-building, and publishing platforms. (Remote & Outside IR35)

The successful candidate will have engineered rich content editing experiences where users can assemble dynamic reports from reusable content blocks, define document templates, incorporate multimedia, and generate professionally formatted outputs in PDF and Word formats

Key Experience:

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript development across frontend and backend
• React and modern frontend architecture
• js/NestJS backend development
• Prisma and PostgreSQL
• AWS cloud services (ECS, ECR, CloudFront, etc.)
• REST API design and integrations
• CI/CD and Git workflows

Candidates should ideally have worked on products involving:

• Browser-based word processing
• Report builders
• Document automation
• Content management systems
• Proposal generation software
• Legal document platforms
• Publishing platforms
• Dynamic PDF generation
• Template-driven document creation
• Functional Experience
• Experience building functionality such as:
• Reusable content blocks/components
• Drag-and-drop page builders
• Template management
• Word document generation
• PDF export/rendering
• Rich text editing
• Multimedia embedding (images, videos, charts, tables)
• Dynamic data population
• Document versioning
• Document collaboration workflows
