They are seeking an accomplished Tax Technical Director to act as the firm's internal lead on technical tax matters, providing expert guidance and support to Partners and senior stakeholders across a wide spectrum of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across corporate, international, M&A and employment tax matters.
• Support Partners in the delivery of complex tax advisory projects and client solutions.
• Evaluate and advise on tax risk, legislation, and emerging technical developments.
• Act as the firm's primary point of reference for technical tax queries and specialist matters.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical standards and best practice.

About You

The successful candidate will have significant experience advising large privately owned businesses and private equity-backed organisations. You will possess deep technical expertise across multiple tax disciplines, with particular strength in:

• Corporate Tax
• International Tax
• Mergers & Acquisitions Tax
• Employment Taxes

You will be recognised for your analytical capability, sound judgement, and ability to navigate complex technical issues with confidence and clarity.
