Share Schemes Manager

Share Schemes Tax Manager role with Client Management and Business Development elements.

We are seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of delivering exceptional tax compliance and advisory services to a portfolio of owner-managed business clients, with a particular focus on share schemes. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring all work is technically accurate, commercially viable, and consistently high-quality. While the majority of your responsibilities will centre around share scheme advisory and compliance, there will also be opportunities to support other areas of tax planning within the team, such as M&A, personal tax, and corporate tax strategies.

This position offers a dynamic blend of technical expertise, leadership responsibilities, client relationship management, and commercial accountability. You will oversee both advisory and compliance tasks in this area, conduct reviews, identify and implement tax planning solutions, and play an active role in mentoring junior team members. Collaborating closely with Directors and Partners, you will contribute to driving best practices across the owner-managed business service offering while supporting the continued growth and success of the department.
