Are you a talented writer with a knack for crafting compelling proposals? We’re working with a rapidly growing SaaS company revolutionizing operations, and we’re looking for a Bid Writer to help secure new business across global markets.

About the Role

As a Bid Writer, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality, persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders. Working closely with teams across the business—including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing—you’ll ensure our proposals align with our strategy and stand out from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit clear, accurate, and engaging bid responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and non-technical content.
• Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and tailor responses to evaluation criteria.
• Maintain an organized library of reusable content and track bids via CRM systems.
• Support post-submission reviews to drive continuous improvement.

What They’re Looking For

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, concise language.
• Experience in bid writing or proposal development (SaaS/tech experience is essential).
• Familiarity with RFP/tender processes
• Confidence using AI tools to improve drafting efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience for example HubSpot
