Our client , a growing logistics business is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team and play a key role in developing and strengthening customer partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives on building long-term relationships, driving service excellence, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring their needs are understood and delivered upon while identifying opportunities to enhance service performance and create additional value. You will work closely with operational teams to maintain high service standards, support account development, and contribute to the overall customer experience.

  • Build, maintain, and develop strong customer relationships across multiple levels of the organisation.
  • Support the implementation and delivery of customer engagement plans to ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer operations, objectives, challenges, and future requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Support account growth through proactive relationship management and identification of new opportunities.
  • Coordinate customer review meetings and provide regular updates on service performance.
  • Assist with contract renewals and retention activities to maintain strong customer partnerships.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and professionally.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with a passion for relationship management. You will have experience working within a logistics or supply chain environment and be comfortable managing customer expectations while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success, or similar.
  • Experience within the logisitics industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how customer relationships contribute to business success.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering positive customer outcomes.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations would be advantageous.
