Senior Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale business across key markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and strengthening relationships with strategic retail partners, while ensuring operational excellence and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the wholesale sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all B2B channels
- Set annual sales targets and monitor performance by territory, account, and product category
- Lead the full wholesale sales cycle including forecasting, pricing, negotiations, contracting, and seasonal sell-in
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution across existing and new markets, with a focus on European growth
- Represent the brand at key buyer meetings, presentations, and industry events
Account Management & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, buyers, and strategic retail partners
- Identify, acquire, and develop new wholesale accounts and regional partners
- Oversee contractual agreements and ensure alignment with commercial objectives
Sales Analysis & Performance
- Lead sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis
- Deliver seasonal and ad hoc sales insights, identifying trends and growth opportunities
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and contribute to annual strategy planning
Product, Merchandising & Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with Product and Merchandising teams to align assortments with market demand
- Oversee visual merchandising standards across retail and online channels
- Work with Marketing to ensure consistent brand execution and effective campaign delivery across accounts
Operations & Supply Chain Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end order management, including forecasting, stock allocation, and fulfilment
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to support sales while maximising profitability
- Manage third-party logistics providers and ensure operational efficiency
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, compliance, and chargebacks
- Drive continuous improvement across wholesale operations
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, develop, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance
- Contribute to overall company strategy and support senior leadership initiatives
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Proven experience in a senior wholesale or sales leadership role, ideally within the jewellery or luxury sector
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and securing key retail partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L, pricing, and margin performance
- Highly analytical with experience in forecasting and performance reporting
- Experience managing international markets, particularly within Europe
