We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Administrator - Tech Sal to support senior leaders within our UK&I Enterprise Sales organisation.

Urgent Contract: Administrator-Tech Sales

This is a pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic commercial team. You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps everything running smoothly — from diary management and customer coordination to event support and day‑to‑day problem‑solving. If you thrive on ownership, variety, and being the go‑to person who makes things happen, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do as the Administrator-Tech Sales

  • Manage executive diaries for multiple Enterprise Sales Leaders, ensuring smart scheduling and prioritisation

  • Coordinate customer meetings including logistics, room bookings, attendee management, and follow‑up

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely, professional communication

  • Support hospitality and client events in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams

  • Organise internal team meetings, sales activities, and team events

  • Contribute to major flagship events such as large‑scale summits and forums

  • Manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, transfers) for Sales Leaders

  • Process and track expenses accurately and on time

  • Provide proactive administrative support, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate

What You’ll Bring as Administrator-Tech Sales

  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales administration or sales support within a fast‑paced corporate environment

  • A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves

  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to stay calm, flexible, and effective in a fast‑moving environment

  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through

  • A natural drive to create systems, checklists, and smoother processes

  • Proven ability to prioritise when juggling multiple deadlines

  • Self‑motivation, energy, and resourcefulness

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent scheduling abilities
