Junior Business Acceptance Analyst
I’m currently partnering with a leading international law firm that is seeking a Junior Business Acceptance Analyst to join its Global Business Acceptance team based in London.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and curious compliance professional to embark on a rewarding career journey within a truly global organisation. You will be exposed to a wide variety of queries and situations, supported by an established learning programme that encourages personal growth and development. The role offers the chance to work with teams across multiple jurisdictions, contribute to strategic initiatives, and play a vital part in strengthening the firm's presence worldwide.
What you'll do:
As a Junior Business Acceptance Analyst, you will immerse yourself in analysing complex business acceptance issues while proactively seeking solutions that reflect the highest standards of service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing time-sensitive queries from various teams across the firm, coordinating resolutions for matter and client administration concerns, and escalating reputational risk when necessary. You will receive extensive training on business acceptance systems that will form the foundation of your career progression. Collaboration is key; you will support colleagues both within your immediate team and across departments globally. By fostering an inclusive environment focused on growth and quality work, you will contribute not only to operational excellence but also to strategic initiatives that drive the organisation forward. Your commitment to continuous learning will be encouraged through regular feedback sessions with management and participation in projects outside your typical remit. This role offers variety every day—no two days are alike—and empowers you to shape your own development path while making meaningful contributions at both local and global levels.

- Learn about, identify, coordinate, and resolve business acceptance related queries from various teams across the organisation, primarily focusing on matter and client administration issues.
- Receive comprehensive training on multiple business acceptance systems, building foundational knowledge for your ongoing career progression.
- Support the Global Business Acceptance team by addressing queries outside your usual remit to ensure organisational needs are met and maintain smooth operation of the global team.
- Effectively manage your own workload while collaborating with colleagues to ensure queries are prioritised appropriately and the team's objectives are achieved.
- Foster an environment of inclusion and growth by consistently delivering high quality work with commercial awareness.
- Work closely with other members of the Global Business Acceptance team as well as colleagues in Risk & Compliance and other departments across different regions on a daily basis.
- Proactively seek out learning opportunities and demonstrate willingness to develop both technical and interpersonal skills relevant to your role.
- Contribute regular feedback to management regarding policies, frameworks, procedures, guidance, and systems to support continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in workstreams beyond your normal scope in line with strategies developed by management, supporting broader organisational goals.
What you bring:
- Previous experience working in a Business Acceptance, Risk & Compliance or similar function within a law firm or professional services, financial or corporate organisation is highly desirable.

- Ability to work dependably as part of a team player within a global network.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
