Client Project Manager – SaaS 📍 Reading / Hybrid 💰 Up to £100,000 🏢 Enterprise SaaS | Client Delivery | Product

We’re partnering with an established SaaS business looking for an experienced Client Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of its platform across large enterprise clients.

This is not a traditional internal Project Manager or bespoke professional services role. You’ll sit at the intersection of Client, Product and Delivery, ensuring enterprise customers receive a high-touch implementation experience while maintaining a scalable, product-led approach.

You’ll take ownership of complex client implementations from initiation through to deployment, working closely with Product, Technology, Commercial and Customer Success teams while acting as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise clients
• Acting as the key delivery contact for senior client stakeholders
• Managing project plans, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
• Working closely with Product teams around roadmaps, releases, integrations and client requirements
• Managing client expectations and maintaining clear boundaries around scope and change
• Translating client requirements into commercially viable, scalable solutions
• Providing clear project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication
• Feeding client insight back into Product while protecting a standardised product and delivery model
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Commercial and Customer Success

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience delivering SaaS/software implementations into enterprise clients
• Excellent client-facing and senior stakeholder management skills
• Strong core project management capability across the full delivery lifecycle
• Experience working closely with Product and Technology teams
• Good understanding of product roadmaps, releases, integrations and change management
• Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and push back on client requirements where appropriate
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scalable product environment
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability

Experience within FinTech, Wealth Management, Investment Technology or Financial Services SaaS would be advantageous, but is not essential. The SaaS/product delivery mindset is the priority.

The role operates on a hybrid basis, with typically two days per week in Reading and/or on client site, depending on project requirements.
