Delivery Lead - AI, FX, Payments - SaaS - Financial Services

You possess deep understanding of both programme delivery leadership and business analysis which allows you to connect business requirements seamlessly with technical execution. Your familiarity with financial workflows such as FX payments ensures you can empathise with client challenges while offering practical solutions. As someone who excels at stakeholder management you communicate clearly across diverse audiences promoting inclusivity collaboration throughout project lifecycles. Your commercial acumen enables you to balance competing priorities manage contractual commitments effectively while acting as a trusted advisor on delivery approaches.

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex SaaS or platform solutions within financial services.
• Proven track record in client-facing programme delivery roles where you have built dependable relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Expertise operating at both delivery leadership level as well as business analysis/requirements definition level enabling you to bridge technical solutions with business needs.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Owner functions including backlog ownership refinement ensuring requirements are structured prioritised ready for execution.
• Ability to manage commercial aspects of delivery such as SoWs scope timelines dependencies change requests balancing business priorities with contractual obligations.
• Exposure to financial products or workflows ideally FX payments treasury cash management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills coupled with strong communication abilities across technical non-technical audiences fostering inclusive relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness ownership mindset enabling you to navigate complex organisational environments influence senior stakeholders act as trusted advisor.
• Practical experience using AI tools in delivery workflows or willingness to adopt new technologies enhancing efficiency insight.
