Project Manager - Regulatory Change

We’re working with a leading asset management firm seeking a Project Manager to join their business transformation team. The role sits within a complex, regulated environment and will focus on delivering high-impact regulatory and business change.

This is an opportunity for someone confident operating at a senior level, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering change in a governance-led environment. The role offers a hybrid working model with 2–3 days per week in their City office.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of regulatory and business change initiatives within asset management
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and ExCo-level sponsors to drive alignment and decision-making
• Navigate complex, multi-workstream environments and maintain clear delivery structure
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and auditability across all projects
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project requirements

Key experience required:

• Proven Project Management experience within asset management
• Strong background delivering regulatory or risk-driven change
• Confident senior stakeholder management experience, including ExCo exposure
• Experience operating in complex, high-level transformation environments
• Strong understanding of governance-led delivery frameworks
