Project Manager (Asset Management Experience Required)

We’ve partnered with an asset management firm seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex change across the business. The role focuses on large-scale transformation, including operating model design and implementation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, bring structure to evolving programmes and keep delivery on track.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic change initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape and implement change
• Support operating model development and rollout
• Maintain strong governance, risk management, and regulatory oversight
• Provide clarity and direction across complex programmes

Experience and skillset:

• Proven Project Management experience within asset management
• Track record of delivering business-led change initiatives
• Experience with operating model design or implementation
• Strong understanding of governance and regulatory environments
• Confident stakeholder management, including senior leadership
