We're partnering with a leading global financial institution seeking an experienced Cyber Change Programme Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-year cyber and operational resilience transformation portfolio.

This is a high-profile role sitting at the intersection of technology, risk, cyber security, and regulatory change, with responsibility for delivering critical initiatives across multiple business and technology functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex cyber and operational resilience programme portfolio
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, executable roadmaps and delivery plans
• Drive governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership teams
• Coordinate delivery across technology, cyber security, operational resilience, third-party risk and business functions
• Ensure programmes achieve demonstrable compliance, risk reduction and measurable improvements to cyber resilience

We're looking for:

• Extensive programme management experience within large financial services organisations
• Strong background delivering cyber security, operational resilience and regulatory change initiatives
• Experience working with UK regulatory frameworks including PRA and FCA requirements
• Knowledge of operational resilience, outsourcing and third-party risk, cyber resilience and related regulatory obligations
• Proven ability to lead global programmes, manage complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver tangible business outcomes
