PMO - Central Transformation Office - Insurance
A leading organisation in London is seeking a Programme Management Office Analyst to play a pivotal role in enabling and overseeing the successful, safe delivery of complex programmes. Your proven track record demonstrates your ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds while facilitating planning sessions that drive shared outcomes. You understand how resource allocation impacts project success—and have supported capability management efforts that ensure every initiative is properly staffed. Your attention to detail enables you to spot risks early on while guiding teams through transparent issue resolution processes. You have reviewed key artefacts for quality assurance purposes—ensuring compliance with standards—and acted as a trusted contact during audits or assurance reviews. Your partnership skills shine when setting up benefits tracking systems that contribute reliable data into organisational value reporting. Familiarity with tools like Jira or PowerBI is helpful but not mandatory: what matters most is your openness to learning new technologies. Above all else your empathetic approach helps foster trust among colleagues—making you an invaluable contributor to continuous improvement efforts.
- You have over five years’ experience in a project or programme PMO role within complex change environments where your dependability has been recognised.
- Your background includes working in change delivery within large organisations—ideally Insurance or Financial Services—where you have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills..
- Your experience includes leading resource demand planning efforts that ensure programmes are equipped with the necessary skills and capacity.
- You have acted as a primary contact for assurance reviews or audit engagements—demonstrating your commitment to responsible governance practices.
- You are comfortable partnering with stakeholders on benefits tracking initiatives that feed into broader organisational value reporting mechanisms.
- Experience using Jira, Planview or PowerBI is advantageous but not essential—your willingness to learn new tools is equally valued.
