The role
A leading global investment firm is transforming how it creates, manages, and distributes product and fund content. As a Product Business Analyst, you’ll map current processes and help design future-state workflows, governance frameworks, and technology solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead discovery and analysis of product-related workflows, engaging stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Compliance.
• Document current-state processes, gather future-state requirements, and identify gaps or inefficiencies
• Map information flows to improve integration between product data, proposition materials, and marketing collateral
• Support the design of standardised approaches for managing product content and lifecycle processes
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

What you’ll need

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst on transformation programmes within asset management
• A strong background in process mapping, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation.
• Experience working on product-related initiatives such as fund literature production or proposition development.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and technology-enabled solutions (e.g., automation or AI).
• Confidence engaging diverse stakeholders across matrix organisations.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing technology (CMS, DAM, workflow tools) or data models.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
