Senior Business Analyst - Front Office - Investment Banking

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a global investment bank’s Front Office team, supporting the Sales & Trading business. This role will focus on driving strategic initiatives, delivering technology solutions and improving trading processes across the Front Office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Trading stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams.
• Lead analysis, testing, implementation, and delivery of Front Office projects.
• Analyse trading workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support regulatory and change initiatives across the business.
• Act as a subject matter expert on trading systems, financial products, and market data.

Requirements

• Proven Front Office Business Analyst experience within an investment bank.
• Strong knowledge of Sales & Trading workflows and financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
• Experience working on technology change, transformation, or system migration projects.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, market data feeds, and risk management systems.
