Senior Business Analyst – Payments & SaaS Solutions

A leading FinTech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of connected banking, working closely with banks and businesses to deliver innovative payment solutions within a cloud-based ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business, user, operational and regulatory requirements.
• Translate product goals into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering and QA teams across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Define system behaviours, integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support high-profile client engagements.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable and traceable in a regulated environment.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a software, fintech or financial services environment.
• Strong experience delivering payments-related solutions, including domestic and cross-border payments.
• Solid understanding of FX (foreign exchange) processes, payment flows and treasury/banking operations.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work across both discovery and delivery phases of digital product development.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with user stories, process mapping, system integrations and API-driven platforms.
