Consultant - Digital Transformation

This client is seeking a Consultant to join their London-based team, where you will play a pivotal role in helping organisations modernise essential business processes and systems. As part of a supportive and knowledgeable group, you will work closely with senior professionals on digital transformation programmes, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and AI-driven delivery methods

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will have consultancy experience with the ability to support business change initiatives or system implementations within consulting environments. Your analytical skills are complemented by proficiency in Excel-based analysis and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through PowerPoint presentations. You thrive when adapting solutions for commercial sectors such as hospitality or retail, drawing upon your familiarity with enterprise platforms like CRM or ERP systems. Your interest in leveraging AI tools demonstrates your commitment to enhancing project efficiency while structured methodologies like Agile or Prince2 inform your approach to disciplined execution.

• You bring 2–3 years’ experience supporting business change initiatives, system implementations or project delivery environments within consulting or related fields.
• You possess strong analytical capability demonstrated through Excel-based analysis of complex data sets.
• You are fluent in using PowerPoint for creating executive-ready communications that effectively convey insights and recommendations.
• You have commercial sector consulting experience—such as hospitality, retail or leisure—which allows you to tailor solutions for diverse client needs.
• You possess working knowledge of front-office or back-office platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS) gained through implementation or transformation projects.
• You demonstrate interest in applying AI tools to analysis, automation or delivery tasks within project environments.
• You are familiar with structured methodologies such as Agile, Prince2 or ITIL which supports disciplined project execution.
