OTC Derivatives Business Analyst

A global asset management firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team, supporting a major transformation programme focused on migrating key middle office solutions onto a new investment management system.

The client is looking for a Business Analyst with strong financial services experience, ideally within asset management, alongside proven exposure to OTC derivatives, middle office operations, and migration programmes. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting back-end migration activities, working closely with business, operations, technology, and third-party teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational readiness throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Support back-end migration activities across front and middle office systems
• Work closely with business, operations, IT, and third-party providers
• Track and manage migration issues using JIRA
• Support test and live migrations, including operational readiness activities
• Produce migration artefacts, reporting, and data analysis
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholders

Key experience required:

• Strong Business Analyst experience within financial services / asset management
• Proven migration or transformation programme experience
• Good understanding of middle office operations
• Strong OTC derivatives knowledge
• Experience supporting back-end migrations
• Strong Excel, communication, and stakeholder management skills
