Senior Business Analyst – OTC Derivatives (Asset Management)

Join a global asset management firm as a Business Analyst to support a major multi-year front and middle office migration programme. This role will focus on implementation, operational analysis, and the effective execution of migration activities across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale transformation initiative, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to support migration and operational readiness efforts within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as an SME across OTC trade flows, resolving valuation, cash, and market value discrepancies
• Support the migration of multi-asset OTC portfolios with a strong focus on accuracy, control, and operational readiness
• Design and implement transaction data models and reconciliation frameworks
• Drive the resolution of complex breaks between front office trading activity and downstream accounting/reporting functions
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external providers to ensure smooth migration delivery
• Support testing, implementation, and production migration activities
• Produce and maintain migration documentation, reporting, and operational artefacts

Key requirements:

• Strong experience working with OTC derivatives within asset management
• Proven experience supporting large-scale migration or transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of front-to-back trade flows, reconciliations, and operational processes
• Experience resolving complex valuation and trade break issues
• Proven business analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach
