Senior Business Analyst - Global Markets

Join a leading investment bank’s Global Markets change function as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting a large scale multi-year transformation programme. The programme focuses on expanding Markets capability and strengthening trading infrastructure, covering FX and Rates/Derivatives today, with future phases including Direct Clearing and broader Markets expansion.

Key responsibilities:

• Eliciting, analysing, and documenting detailed business requirements
• Running workstreams, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
• Producing core analysis artefacts and impact assessments
• Supporting Markets infrastructure and system analysis
• Partnering closely with Product Managers and Front Office stakeholders
• Coordinating delivery across Markets, Technology, and Operations teams

Key requirements:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within Investment Banking / Global Markets
• Experience across FX, Rates, Derivatives, or Commodities
• Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle flows
• Knowledge of Markets infrastructure including clearing and settlement
• Experience supporting regulatory or strategic Markets change programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
