Procurement Associate

What You'll Do:
As a Procurement Associate, you will immerse yourself in a varied role that touches every aspect of procurement and logistics within a rapidly growing technology-driven organisation. Your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Supporting daily procurement activities by raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing supplier communications to ensure timely fulfilment of business needs.
- Maintaining accurate stock records using NetSuite or similar ERP systems so that physical inventory aligns with system data across all locations.
- Assisting with logistics coordination by arranging shipments, preparing dispatch documentation, managing labels, and liaising with couriers such as UPS for smooth delivery processes.
- Conducting regular stock validation exercises at various office locations to verify inventory levels and support audit requirements.
- Research logistics requirements for international shipments.
What You Bring:
To excel as a Procurement Associate, you will bring the following experience:
- Understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, ordering, receiving goods.
- Familiarity with logistics concepts such as shipping requirements or supply chain challenges would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Exposure to procurement qualifications (such as CIPS Level 3) or experience with NetSuite/ERP systems would be advantageous but not essential.
- You demonstrate reliability by taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- You are comfortable using spreadsheets and data systems such as ERP platforms.
- You show willingness to learn quickly and adapt positively to new ways of working that may differ from previous experiences.
