Contract Marketing Operations Manager – Martech Transformation (Maternity Cover) Are you passionate about driving marketing transformation, aligning global teams, and championing cutting‑edge martech? We’re looking for a highly strategic and collaborative Marketing Programme Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead internal martech initiatives across international markets.

In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of strategy, operations, and product adoption—ensuring international teams are represented in corporate planning, aligned to fiscal priorities, and fully equipped to adopt and scale key marketing technologies. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, and regional stakeholders to drive visibility, accountability, and momentum across the programme.

We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable operating across broader marketing strategy, planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Marketing Operations Manager: Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Alignment

  • Lead strategic planning for the core programme team, ensuring alignment with fiscal goals

  • Represent international markets in corporate forums, ensuring regional needs are heard and acted upon

  • Deliver leadership steering updates, including executive summaries and progress reporting

Programme Management

  • Develop and execute a fiscal‑year plan aligned to programme priorities

  • Run regular reporting cycles, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies

  • Drive internal visibility of programme wins through sizzles, posts, newsletters, and other formats

  • Coordinate upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless execution

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships across regions and functions—ensuring alignment and “no surprises”

  • Cascade leadership messaging consistently across teams

  • Participate in cohort meetings and focus groups to align on product priorities and use cases

Product Adoption & Enablement for Marketing Operations Manager
