We’re working with a global technology business investing heavily in data-led marketing. This is a high-impact role sitting within a central Growth Marketing & Insights function, focused on turning complex marketing data into clear, actionable insight that drives pipeline and growth.
The Role
- Analyse performance across paid media, email, ABM, events and web - identifying what’s driving engagement, conversion and lead quality
- Deliver full-funnel insight across MQL, MQA, pipeline contribution and conversion performance
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to enable real-time, self-serve decision making
- Develop consistent measurement frameworks across campaigns, channels and audiences
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Campaign teams on planning, execution and post-campaign analysis
- Support attribution and incrementality analysis to understand true marketing impact
- Improve data quality, tracking and campaign structure across marketing systems
- Deliver clear, commercially-focused insights to both marketing and senior stakeholders
Candidate Criteria
- 8+ years in B2B marketing analytics, campaign measurement or performance analysis
- Strong understanding of demand generation, paid media and ABM measurement
- Advanced Power BI capability - building dashboards and extracting insight
- Experience with platforms like Adobe Analytics, AEP, Salesforce or Dynamics
- Strong SQL and Excel skills (Python or R a bonus)
- Confident translating data into clear recommendations that influence decisions
