Social Media Account Director – Manchester (Hybrid) - £45k-£52k Join an independent, growing specialist communications agency. You'll get to work with market-leading brands in a collaborative team.

Role:

• Cultivate strong client relationships, providing expert counsel on PR, social media, and integrated communications.
• Work with the wider team to craft and deliver winning strategies that affect real change in audience behaviour.
• Ensure a high quality of innovative, creative work is delivered to client timescales and KPIs.
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of communications specialists for day-to-day operations and development.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to organic and new business proposals.
• Champion strategic, forward-thinking campaigns across earned, shared, and owned media.

About you:

• Several years’ agency experience leading a variety of accounts across multiple sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional and social media landscapes, plus influencer engagement.
• Experienced in stakeholder management and running consumer communications strategies.
• Comfortable managing, motivating, and guiding teams while nurturing internal talent.
• A strategic mindset that thrives on creative challenges and fast-paced environments.
