Executive Communications Specialist
Robert Walters is supporting a global technology leader in the search for an Executive Communications Specialist to join on a 12-month contract. You will shape executive voice, drive internal communications across multiple offices, and help strengthen the organisation’s regional profile both internally and externally.
You will sit at the centre of leadership, culture and communications, acting as a trusted advisor on how business strategy, values and priorities are communicated to employees and wider stakeholders.
The role will involve:
- Building and developing the regional VP’s executive voice and communications presence
- Creating and delivering employee communications plans aligned to business priorities
- Producing high-quality content such as newsletters, organisational updates, all-hands materials, presentations and leadership messaging
- Partnering with internal communications, PR and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent narrative and strong regional representation
- Supporting executive preparation for internal and external opportunities
- Bringing creativity and structure to communications programmes that engage employees across a multi-office, international region
About you
You will be a strong fit if you bring:
- 5–7 years’ experience in executive communications, employee communications or corporate communications
- A track record of supporting senior leaders and building trusted relationships at executive level
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex business topics into clear and engaging messages
- Strong presentation, digital and visual communications capability
- Confidence operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities
- Strong project management skills and a proactive, self-sufficient working style
- Experience in a high-growth technology, media, publishing, digital or corporate environment would be advantageous
