Senior Tech Counsel - £650-800pd

International technology business looking for a Senior Tech Counsel for a three month period which is likely to be extended. You must be available to start in early November. Based in Central London and whilst some in-office time will be required in order to establish relationships with the sales team, the client is open to a discussion regarding appropriate flexible working arrangements.

The postholder will be tasked with leading the negotiation of key commercial deals for the business, largely outbound SaaS agreements/sales to clients operating across a variety of sectors.

The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer (or admitted overseas with a significant volume of UK experience) and have at least 10 years’ PQE, although applications from all levels will be considered on merit. You must be able to demonstrate extensive experience with outbound technology/software sales negotiations (as opposed to inbound procurement of IT services)

Please note this role is Inside IR35 so unfortunately individuals wanting to operate via a personal service/limited company cannot be considered on this occasion.
