Compliance analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough conflicts analysis and client due diligence on new clients and matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and escalate higher risk and reputational issues including sanctions and anti-money laundering risks in accordance with firm policies.
• Assist with the establishment and maintenance of information barriers to protect sensitive data and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Liaise effectively with partners and other legal practitioners regarding conflicts, AML risks, and matter opening processes.
• Manage the Business Acceptance inbox by responding promptly to queries received from internal stakeholders.
• Ensure matters are opened efficiently using Intapp Open while maintaining accuracy throughout the process.
• Support various Business Acceptance-related team projects and contribute to process improvements within the department.
• Participate in wider team initiatives such as sanctions checks and information barrier management to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across different offices to share knowledge and best practices in risk management.
• Maintain up-to-date records of compliance activities and provide regular updates to senior members of the team.

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Law, Business, Finance, Criminology, Economics or another analytical/regulated field strengthens your application.
