What you'll do:
As a Private Client Senior Associate based in Worcestershire, you will play a pivotal role within a leading legal team dedicated to supporting clients through complex personal legal matters.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing your own caseload from inception to post-completion, providing tailored advice on estate structuring, tax planning strategies, trust creation, succession planning, and more.
You will work closely with clients who require sensitive guidance—such as elderly or vulnerable individuals—and handle estates featuring business interests or international assets.
